Terms of Service

Niche AI takes the answers you give in our questionnaire and uses an AI model to produce six ranked content-niche suggestions, each with scores and a starter plan. It is an idea and research tool.

The output is a machine-generated opinion, not professional, financial, legal or business advice. We do not guarantee any audience size, revenue, growth rate, ranking accuracy, or that a suggested niche is unsaturated, available or profitable. You are responsible for your own research and for every decision you make based on our output.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

One person or organisation per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.

Niche AI is pay as you go. New accounts get one free search. After that, each search consumes one credit from a credit pack you purchase.

• Credits are prepaid, tied to your account, and have no cash value.
• Credits do not expire, but they are not transferable between accounts.
• A credit is consumed when a search successfully returns results. If a search fails on our side, the credit is returned to you automatically.
• Starter plans are included with credit-funded searches. The free search returns ranked niches without the full starter plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Your bank or card statement may show a descriptor that includes our payment processor's name rather than "Niche AI".

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we'll refund unused credits within 14 days of purchase, and refunding a purchase revokes any of its credits you have not yet spent.

You agree not to:

• Access the service by any automated means, or attempt to bypass credit limits, authentication or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute Niche AI output as your own competing niche-research product.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or models.
• Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing.
• Interfere with the service's operation or security, or use it to burden our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund of spent credits.

You keep ownership of the answers you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them in order to run your searches, store your history, and improve the service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the niche recommendations and starter plans we generate for you — including commercially — for your own channels and business. AI output is not unique to you; similar suggestions may be generated for other users, and we make no claim that output is copyrightable or exclusive.

We aim to keep Niche AI available but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will refund unused credits purchased within the previous 12 months.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and, where the change is significant, announced in the app. Continuing to use Niche AI after a change means you accept it.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
